200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nusa Lembongan, Bali

All Yoga Training’s **200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali** is a 23-day immersive program designed for dedicated yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice, understand yoga beyond the physical postures, and develop the skills and confidence to teach.

The training takes place in our **beachfront yoga shala on Jungut Batu Beach, Nusa Lembongan**, a small island just off the coast of Bali. With the ocean directly in front of the shala and most accommodation, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, students can fully focus on the training while enjoying island life between classes.

The course is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and gradually expands into Creative Vinyasa Flow, teaching methodology, alignment, adjustments, anatomy, yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation. Students learn a structured Modified Ashtanga Primary Series as their foundation, while also developing the tools to sequence and teach their own Vinyasa classes.

A strong emphasis is placed on practical teaching experience. Rather than waiting until the end of the course, students begin developing their teaching skills early in the training through small-group exercises, peer teaching, feedback sessions and supervised practice.

Daily training typically includes morning pranayama, meditation and asana practice, followed by lectures and workshops covering anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology. Afternoon sessions focus on asana clinics, alignment, adjustments, inversions, backbends, transitions and practical teaching skills, with Yin or restorative practices included throughout the program.

Our trainings are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 24 students, allowing our teaching team to provide more individual feedback, mentoring and support throughout the course.

The program is suitable for students who already have a consistent yoga practice and want either to become certified yoga teachers or simply take their personal practice and understanding of yoga much deeper.
