200hr Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training
With David Adame
May 1 - 12, 2027
All Yoga Training’s 200-hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is designed for students who want a complete yoga teacher training experience but need greater flexibility with their time and budget.
The program combines online study with a 12-day in-person immersion on Nusa Lembongan, allowing students to complete the more theory-based elements of the course from home while keeping the most important practical elements of teacher training face-to-face.
The online portion covers Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy through YogaRenew, giving students the flexibility to study at their own pace before or after the Bali immersion. This allows the time in Bali to be focused heavily on practice, teaching methodology, hands-on learning, feedback and the experience of training alongside a real community.
The in-person training takes place in our beachfront yoga shala on Jungut Batu Beach, Nusa Lembongan. Over 12 intensive days, students practice and study together through twice-daily yoga sessions, teaching practice, asana clinics, alignment workshops, adjustments, pranayama, meditation, inversions, backbends and sequencing.
The training is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with students learning a Modified Ashtanga Primary Series as their core teaching sequence. This gives each graduate a clear framework they can confidently practice and teach, while also developing the skills needed to create and lead their own Vinyasa classes.
A major focus of the course is learning how to actually teach. Students begin practising their teaching skills during the immersion rather than simply studying teaching theory. Small-group exercises, supervised teaching, peer feedback and individual guidance help students develop their voice, confidence and ability to lead a class safely and effectively.
The hybrid format makes the course both more flexible and more affordable than a traditional three- or four-week residential teacher training. Students spend less time away from work, family or other commitments, while still receiving the practical training, personal feedback, community experience and in-person mentorship that are difficult to recreate online.
Importantly, the hybrid format does not mean reducing the content or intention of the training. Students still complete the full educational requirements of a 200-hour yoga teacher training, but the material is delivered in a way that makes better use of both online and in-person learning.
Our hybrid groups are intentionally limited to a maximum of 22 students, allowing the teaching team to provide individual feedback and support throughout the immersion.
